Job Openings Senior Account Director – Hyperscalers (AI Infrastructure)

About the job Senior Account Director – Hyperscalers (AI Infrastructure)

Role Overview

We are supporting a fast-growing AI infrastructure and GPU cloud platform in the search for a Senior Account Director focused on hyperscaler and frontier AI accounts. This individual will own executive-level relationships with hyperscaler AI infrastructure, data center planning, and compute strategy teams, driving multi-year, multi-megawatt capacity agreements.

This is a highly strategic, quota-carrying role requiring deep industry credibility, strong commercial judgment, and the ability to operate at Director–VP level across complex, multi-stakeholder organizations.

Key Responsibilities

1. Hyperscaler Relationship Ownership

Build and maintain trusted relationships with Director- and VP-level leaders across AI infrastructure, data center planning, capacity engineering, and compute procurement teams

Act as a long-term strategic partner on AI compute scaling, capital planning, and infrastructure roadmaps

2. Strategic GPU Capacity Deal Leadership

Structure and close multi-year, multi-MW GPU capacity agreements

Lead commercial design including capacity reservations, take-or-pay structures, and regional deployment strategies

Support GPU cluster planning across next-generation platforms (e.g., H200, B200, GB-class systems)

3. Hyperscaler Procurement & Governance Navigation

Navigate complex hyperscaler procurement processes including vendor onboarding, RFP/RFQ cycles, security reviews, and compliance requirements

Coordinate across customer-side engineering, infrastructure operations, data center build teams, and finance stakeholders

4. Internal Cross-Functional Partnership

Align hyperscaler requirements with internal global capacity and deployment roadmaps

Coordinate technical validation, readiness checks, PoCs, and deployment schedules with solution architecture and infrastructure teams

Ensure smooth execution from contracting through delivery and scale-up

5. Long-Term Account Growth & Strategic Planning

Develop joint multi-year expansion roadmaps with hyperscaler partners

Support multi-region execution strategies across North America and Asia-Pacific

Own executive business reviews, strategic planning sessions, renewals, and long-term partnership development

Experience & Track Record
10+ years of experience in AI cloud, hyperscale infrastructure, data centers, HPC, or GPU compute environments
