About the Role
We are looking for a highly driven Business Development Manager to expand our Generative AI (GenAI) and Model-as-a-Service (MaaS) business globally.

This role owns the full sales lifecycle—from building pipeline to closing deals—and works closely with solution architects and product teams to deliver impactful AI solutions to customers.

What You'll Do

  • Drive AI Revenue Growth
    • Own end-to-end sales cycle: prospecting, qualification, solution positioning, negotiation, and closing
    • Build and manage a strong pipeline of global AI clients (startups, ISVs, enterprises)
  • Engage with AI-Native Customers
    • Partner with customers to understand their AI use cases and business needs
    • Co-create AI solutions leveraging large language models (LLMs), agents, and cloud infrastructure
  • Lead Strategic Accounts
    • Build relationships with C-level and technical stakeholders
    • Drive long-term account growth, retention, and expansion
  • Go-to-Market & Strategy
    • Stay current on GenAI trends (LLMs, agents, RAG, etc.)
    • Collaborate with product and marketing teams to refine GTM strategy
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration
    • Work closely with solution architects to move deals from POC to production
    • Support demos, workshops, and technical discussions when needed

What We're Looking For

  • 3+ years of experience in B2B sales / business development / pre-sales in:
    • AI / GenAI / Cloud / SaaS
  • Strong understanding of:
    • Generative AI, LLMs, or AI applications
    • Cloud platforms (AWS / GCP / Azure / Alibaba Cloud)
  • Proven ability to:
    • Manage pipeline and close deals
    • Sell complex technical solutions
  • Familiarity with:
    • MaaS / SaaS / token-based business models (big plus)
    • RAG, AI agents, or prompt engineering (nice to have)
  • Strong communication skills with both:
    • Business stakeholders
    • Technical teams
  • Fluent in English (Mandarin is a plus)
