Logistics Specialist (Mandarin Speaker)

We are seeking an experienced Logistics Specialist to join our client, a global tire manufacturer in China, founded in 2002, produces high-quality, affordable tires for passenger vehicles, trucks, and buses. In this role, you will ensure product compliance with national and international standards, oversee quality assurance processes, and lead continuous improvement initiatives within our manufacturing operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Inspect and report on imported equipment and raw materials.
• Track the progress of customs clearance for imports according to the arrival schedule provided by the document controller.
• Prepare and manage export documentation.
• Compile and maintain daily import/export data statistics.
• Address and resolve any customs declaration issues.
• Serve as the primary liaison with customs authorities.
• Apply for import quotas, licenses, and commercial inspections.
• Verify import quotas and generate monthly import reports.

Key Qualifications:

• Over 2 years of hands-on experience in professional customs declaration, with strong expertise in managing import and export customs processes independently.
• Proficiency in English & Mandarin.
• Competent in using office software tools.
