Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and support managers and frontline teams across multiple QSR locations.
  • Ensure execution of key KPIs: guest satisfaction, speed of service, food quality, and profitability.
  • Analyze P&Ls and optimize labor and food costs to drive financial performance.
  • Coach and develop restaurant leaders to build high-performing, engaged teams.
  • Maintain compliance with food safety, cleanliness, and brand standards.
  • Support recruitment, training, and succession planning strategies.
  • Oversee store maintenance, remodels, and tech implementation (kiosks, delivery, digital menus).
  • Foster a culture centered on service excellence and team success.

Candidate Profile

Qualifications & Experience

- Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Business Management, or related discipline

- Experience and knowledge in franchise Quick Service Restaurant operations.

- 7+ years of multi-unit leadership in QSR, fast casual, or franchise operations.

- Strong leadership background with a passion for coaching and developing talent.

- Experience in financial analysis and converting insights into actionable results.

- Experience with the New ROIP

- Experience with software systems.

- Tech-savvy with working knowledge of back-office systems and digital restaurant solutions.

- Visionary thinker who can hit the ground running and drive change.

- Results-oriented, customer-focused, and detail-driven.

- Excellent communicator with strong organizational and problem-solving skills.

- Regional awareness and cultural intelligence a plus.
