The Opportunity

Were looking for ambitious, entrepreneurial individuals to join our Recruiter Accelerator Program designed to take you from community recruiter to professional consultant and future partner within Global Careers Group.

This is not just a job its a career accelerator.

Youll learn how to attract, engage, and develop candidates, build real recruitment income streams, and eventually run your own desk remotely or alongside us in Dubai.

Your Journey

Phase 1 Global Early Careers Recruiter

  • Invite and onboard early-stage professionals into our Free 7-Day Career Launch Challenge
  • Build relationships across LinkedIn, Facebook, TikTok, and other channels
  • Promote internship opportunities in FinTech, Finance, and Compliance & more
  • Earn 40% recurring commission from every paid subscription you generate
  • Target: 150 candidates joined through your portal

Phase 2 Global Fin-S Careers Recruiter (Unlocked)

Once youve proven consistency and discipline in Phase 1, youll unlock access to:

  • Advanced client and project training
  • Live senior recruitment roles and consulting projects
  • Contractor and full-time placement commissions (£1K£10K+ per deal)
  • Mentorship from senior consultants
  • The opportunity to represent the brand officially as a Certified GCG Recruiter

Phase 3 Freedom & Leadership Pathway

  • Consistently earning £7K£10K/month+ qualifies you for:
  • Global Remote Freedom work from anywhere
  • Dubai Leadership Access join our core Dubai team for in-person projects and expansion
  • Partner & Team Lead Track build and manage your own recruiter team within GCG

Earning Potential

Affiliate Income (Phase 1): 40% recurring commission per subscription (~£50£60/month per user)

Recruitment Income (Phase 2+): £1,000£10,000+ per month, depending on placements and project delivery
