Remote Pharma Congress Manager needs 5-7 years biotech/pharmaceutical meetings/congress management experience required

Remote Pharma Congress Manager requires:

  • Experience using Microsoft Office Suite
  • Experience/hands on usage with CVENT Event Management software program would be preferred
  • 50% travel in US required
  • 5-7 years biotech/pharmaceutical meetings/congress management experience required
  • Strong project management, vendor management, and communication skills. Must be organized, detail oriented, and flexible. The ideal candidate will also have the ability to work collaboratively with senior stakeholders of the commercial teams.

Remote Pharma Congress Manager duties:

  • Define meeting or congress related needs with the Commercial Program Led and work with them to establish and drive congress/meeting expectations
  • Manage all meeting/congress requirements including but not limited to: identifying sites for meetings, invitations, registration, food and beverage requirements, housing, audio visual, budget reconciliation
  • Organize event logistics including exhibitor contracts, booth set-up and teardown, booth staff, collateral, lead generation, congress badge registration, and strategic planning
