Sales Coordinator (Makati)

 Job Description:

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the sales team with lead tracking, pipeline updates, and opportunity documentation.

  • Maintain accurate records in CRM systems and ensure data integrity.

  • Prepare quotations, proposals, contracts, and sales reports.

  • Coordinate client onboarding and handover to operations teams.

  • Monitor sales metrics and flag performance gaps.

  • Follow up with prospects through email and scheduled calls.

  • Ensure compliance with pricing policies and approval workflows.

  • Collaborate with marketing and operations to align campaign execution.

Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, Management, or related field.

  • At least 1–2 years of experience in sales support, coordination, or administrative roles.

  • Strong written and verbal English communication skills.

  • Proficiency in CRM platforms and spreadsheet tools.

  • Ability to manage multiple accounts with structured attention to detail.

  • Willingness to work a consistent night shift schedule.
