Sales Coordinator (Makati)
Job Description:
Key Responsibilities
Support the sales team with lead tracking, pipeline updates, and opportunity documentation.
Maintain accurate records in CRM systems and ensure data integrity.
Prepare quotations, proposals, contracts, and sales reports.
Coordinate client onboarding and handover to operations teams.
Monitor sales metrics and flag performance gaps.
Follow up with prospects through email and scheduled calls.
Ensure compliance with pricing policies and approval workflows.
Collaborate with marketing and operations to align campaign execution.
Qualifications
Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, Management, or related field.
At least 1–2 years of experience in sales support, coordination, or administrative roles.
Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
Proficiency in CRM platforms and spreadsheet tools.
Ability to manage multiple accounts with structured attention to detail.
Willingness to work a consistent night shift schedule.
