Position: Customer Sales Representative
Location: J.P. Laurel Avenue, Bajada, Davao City, 8000 Davao del Sur
Working Hours / Available shifts:
8:00 pm to 5:00 am (Night Shift) Monday to Saturday
9:00 pm to 6:00 am (Night Shift) Monday to Saturday
Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and outbound customer interactions through phone, email, or chat channels.
- Resolve inquiries using structured problem-solving methods and approved workflows.
- Meet defined service level targets for response time, resolution time, and customer satisfaction.
- Provide accurate and timely information about our products/services to clients.
- Handle client inquiries, objections, and concerns effectively.
- Keep detailed records of all sales activities in our CRM system.
- Adhere to compliance, data protection, and confidentiality standards.
- Collaborate with the sales team to achieve overall company objectives.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in sales (prior experience in BPO is a plus).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a clear American accent.
- Can do night shifts and day shifts.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work with minimal supervision.
- Highly motivated and target driven.
- A positive attitude and a willingness to learn and adapt.
