LocationUnit No 105 and 106, 10th Floor, Landco Corporate Center - PDCP, JP Laurel Ave. Bajada Barangay 19B (Pob) Davao City , Daval Del Sur 8000

Working Hours / Work Schedule

 8:00 pm to 5:00 am (Night Shift) Monday to Saturday

Work Setup: Full-time onsite

Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound and outbound customer interactions through phone, email, or chat channels.
  • Resolve inquiries using structured problem-solving methods and approved workflows.
  • Meet defined service level targets for response time, resolution time, and customer satisfaction.
  • Provide accurate and timely information about our products/services to clients.
  • Handle client inquiries, objections, and concerns effectively.
  • Keep detailed records of all sales activities in our CRM system.
  • Adhere to compliance, data protection, and confidentiality standards.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to achieve overall company objectives.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in sales (prior experience in BPO is a plus).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a clear American accent.
  • Can do night shifts and day shifts.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work with minimal supervision.
  • Highly motivated and target driven.
  • A positive attitude and a willingness to learn and adapt.
