Role Overview

We are seeking a skilled WordPress Developer with expertise in the Divi and Elementor page builders to join our Davao team on a night shift schedule. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, design-driven, and passionate about building high-quality sites for a global client base, while working collaboratively with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

Develop, customize, and maintain WordPress websites using Divi, Elementor, and standard WP frameworks,

Translate design concepts and wireframes into responsive, visually compelling web pages,

Optimize site speed, SEO performance, security, and accessibility,

Integrate third-party plugins, APIs, and custom functionalities to meet project specifications,

Troubleshoot, resolve, and document bugs or technical issues in a timely manner,

Collaborate with designers, project managers, and QA on ongoing website enhancements and support requests,

Manage website content updates, backups, and version control,

Adhere to best practices for usability, mobile responsiveness, and code quality in all deliverables,

Participate in team meetings, sprint reviews, and continuous improvement initiatives,

Qualifications

At least 2 years' hands-on experience with Divi and Elementor in a WordPress development role,

Familiarity with PHP, HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and MySQL,

Demonstrated ability to create pixel-perfect custom themes and layouts,

Experience implementing SEO fundamentals and site performance optimization,

Comfortable working night shifts and based in, or able to work onsite in, Davao,

Strong troubleshooting, communication, and teamwork skills,

Experience with WooCommerce or other major WordPress plugins,

Familiarity with modern website hosting environments, DNS management, and website security protocols,

Remuneration

₱22,000 – ₱32,000/month (junior)

Actual offer will be commensurate with experience and technical skill.
