Role Overview

Globalco seeks a Project Manager for its Davao operations. The position demands structured thinking, executional authority, and unwavering adherence to process discipline. The chosen candidate ensures project success through rigorous planning, control, and communication across teams and clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead project scoping, resource allocation, and scheduling activities.
  Monitor daily execution to maintain strict adherence to deliverables.

• Coordinate cross-departmental communication between Davao teams and Globalco headquarters.
• Identify risks, propose mitigation strategies, and ensure continuity of operations.
• Supervise project staff, define roles, and assess performance against metrics.
• Prepare comprehensive reports for management and client review.
• Control budgets, timelines, and quality benchmarks across all active projects.
• Enforce compliance with internal standards and client-specific requirements.
• Guide documentation and knowledge transfer for operational consistency.
• Uphold Globalco’s operational values of accuracy, clarity, and accountability.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Physics, Mathematics, or Statistics.
  Experience in technical or operations-based project management.

• Proficiency in project management systems such as Asana, Jira, or MS Project.
• Understanding of Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid methodologies.
• Excellent English communication and presentation skills.
• Demonstrated capacity to manage multiple concurrent projects.
• Strong analytical reasoning and stakeholder coordination abilities.
