Are you a go-getter ready to get your foot in the door of the fast-moving fintech space?

This is your chance to join a global FCA-licensed fintech company on the frontlines of market activation where innovation meets grassroots impact. As part of this 12-week internship, you'll work directly with the sales and growth team to activate communities, drive adoption, and grow a financial services brand with real purpose.

This isn't a desk job its a field-based, fast-paced, hands-on internship that can launch your career in fintech, sales, or community marketing.

What You'll Do

  • Support field activations across the UK at agent and partner locations

  • Assist sales officers with setting up activation booths and engaging with local communities

  • Distribute flyers, educate potential users, and help convert leads into transactions

  • Join daily huddles at the London office before deployment

  • Monitor pricing displays and agent compliance with brand standards

  • Feed into market research and localised campaign feedback

  • Represent the brand professionally and energetically in community environments

Who Were Looking For

Performance Expectations

Your success will be measured by your support in driving conversions ideally contributing to at least 30% of your sales officers daily activation targets. You'll work closely with your assigned officer and receive coaching, direction, and tools to succeed.

Important Note
This internship is unpaid, but transportation will be covered and your effort will be rewarded with certification, tangible experience, and potential access to the paid sales officer role that they are looking for.

This is also a live test environment if you perform, you could be offered a role that already exists and is waiting to be filled.
