What you'll be doing:

  • Developing and executing your own business development strategies to attract new clients across early careers, senior headhunting, and interim staffing needs within your chosen niche.
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with hiring managers across various organizations and levels.
  • Sourcing and engaging top-tier talent across early careers, senior executive profiles, and qualified interim professionals through diverse channels.
  • Managing the full recruitment lifecycle for permanent and contract roles, from initial candidate engagement to offer negotiation and placement.
  • Qualifying candidates based on client requirements, cultural fit, and specific needs for each solution (early career potential, executive leadership skills, immediate interim impact).
  • Providing expert advice and guidance to both clients and candidates across the spectrum of our service offerings.
  • Achieving and exceeding individual and team revenue targets across your diverse portfolio of recruitment solutions.
  • Utilizing our CRM system to manage your pipeline and track your progress across all your recruitment activities.
  • Staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in early careers, executive search, and interim staffing.
  • Operating with a commercial mindset, understanding the importance of revenue generation and client satisfaction across all service lines.

Who we're looking for:

  • Proven experience as a Recruitment Consultant, ideally with exposure to or a strong interest in diversifying into early careers, senior headhunting, and/or interim staffing.
  • A strong commercial acumen and a drive to achieve and exceed targets across multiple recruitment solutions.
  • An entrepreneurial mindset with the desire to build and run your own multi-faceted recruitment desk.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage with candidates and clients at all levels.
  • A proactive and results-oriented approach.
  • Strong business development and client relationship management skills with the ability to build rapport across different organizational levels.
