Waiter / Waitress

Global Experts is a leading recruitment agency that helps skilled professionals get the best jobs with trustworthy employers. On behalf of our client, a pub in Ciudad Quesada, Alicante, Spain, we are looking for a waiter / Waitress! 

Main duties:

• Insure in the smooth running of the section
• Assisting junior team members
• Deliver excellent standards of service in a friendly and professional manner to our guests
• Proactively welcome and greet all guests and visitors to the Restaurant 
• assist in the set up if the restaurant before service, ensuring all required items are stocked and ready
• seat guests offering them menus, drinks and provide explanations of the menu when required
•  deal efficiently and courteously with all guest queries
• Ensure the restaurant environment is always maintained and cleaned to a high standard both during and after service
• Deliver consistent, exceptional service in line with the luxury standards
• Excellent knowledge of restaurant menus in order to be able to offer guidance and make recommendations

The ideal candidate will:

• have a passion for all things food and beverage
• have previous experience in a similar environment
• Speak English fluently
• Relish the pressure of a busy restaurant environment
