Technical Lead

We see ourselves as a corporate incubator that develops new and innovative business models for the abcfinance group. Behind it is Werhahn KG, a family company from the Rhineland that is more than 175 years old. The abcfinlab has only existed for a few years, which is why our products are developed on the greenfield with Python or Java for the cloud.

tasks

• End-to-end responsibility for the technical side of the product over the entire software development lifecycle, including product delivery (estimates, timelines), software architecture and operations in production (Kubernetes in AWS)

• Technical leadership of the development team, perspective disciplinary leadership 


• Hands-on development of software components

• Support in the selection of new employees 


qualification

• Experience with at least 2 programming languages, ideally Python and / or Java 


• 5+ years of professional experience in software development in an agile context 


• First experience in leading technical teams 


• Experience in a startup context, ideally in the fintech environment

• Good knowledge of German (min B2) as well as communication skills
