Responsibilities include:

Requirements:

Writing clean, documented, scalable & performant code.
Deploy and maintain cloud resources and infrastructure.
Design & maintain observable and reliable systems.
Identify and POC opportunities for improving our systems - we are keen to learn about new and exciting technologies and ideas that we can leverage in the team.

Degree in Computer Science or relevant field
A passion for automation and building systems that are observable and easy to maintain
Experience with a public cloud provider (Google Cloud Platform is preferred)
Experience writing Python
Experience with compiled languages such as Go, C/C++, Java
Experience with Docker and Kubernetes
Experience with database systems (relational, key-value, graph, search engine, ...)

Our nice-to-haves:

Experience designing and implementing APIs
Experience setting up CI/CD pipelines
Interest and experience in technical writing
Experience using and contributing to Open Source software
(Tech) community engagement (participation in meetups, writing blogposts, ...)
