About the Role
As a Customer Experience Specialist, you´ll be the friendly voice and problem-solver for a well-known global brand. You´ll support customers through email, chat, and phone, ensuring every interaction feels seamless, positive, and personalized.
This is more than just customer service its about creating memorable experiences and helping customers feel truly valued.
What You´ll Do:

Be the first point of contact for Dutch-speaking customers

Answer questions, solve problems, and deliver warm, professional support

Guide users through products, services, and solutions

Keep track of cases and follow up where needed

Work collaboratively with a dynamic, multicultural team

Contribute to improving customer satisfaction and overall experience
What We´re Looking For:

Native or fluent Dutch (C2)

Good level of English for internal communication

Excellent communication & people skills

Ability to stay calm, organized, and solution-oriented

A positive attitude and eagerness to help

Previous customer service experience is a plus but not required!
