Your Role
As a Customer Service Representative, you´ll play a key role in shaping the customer journey and building brand loyalty. You will:

Support customers via phone, chat, and email with professionalism and empathy

Troubleshoot and resolve inquiries related to digital products and services

Accurately document interactions, solutions, and follow-ups in the CRM system

What We´re Looking For

Fluent Danish (spoken and written)

English at B2 level or higher

Minimum 1 year of customer service or call center experience

Interest in automotive topics and digital technologies

Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
