Your Role

As a Customer Service Representative, you´ll play a key role in shaping the customer journey and building brand loyalty. You will:

  • Support customers via phone, chat, and email with professionalism and empathy

  • Represent a premium brand with confidence and enthusiasm

  • Troubleshoot and resolve inquiries related to digital products and services

  • Accurately document interactions, solutions, and follow-ups in the CRM system

  • Stay up to date on products, services, and policies to provide accurate guidance

  • Collaborate with your team to continuously improve the customer experience

What We´re Looking For

  • Fluent Danish (spoken and written)

  • English at B2 level or higher

  • Minimum 1 year of customer service or call center experience

  • Interest in automotive topics and digital technologies

  • Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills

  • Detail-oriented mindset and customer-first attitude
