• Support Dutch-speaking customers with questions or issues

• Offer clear explanations and customer-friendly solutions

• Guide users through products, services, and processes

• Log and follow up on cases when needed

• Work closely with a diverse, international team

• Contribute to delivering an exceptional customer experience

️ What We´re Looking For:

• Fluent Dutch (C2)

• Good command of English for internal communication

• Strong communication and people skills

• A calm, positive, and solution-oriented attitude

• Customer service experience is a plus but not required!
