As a Customer Happiness Specialist, you´ll be the friendly expert our Portuguese-speaking customers rely on. You will:

• Engage with customers via phone, email & chat

• Provide clear, friendly support and product guidance

• Troubleshoot issues and ensure every customer feels valued

• Log and track cases with accuracy and care

• Go above and beyond to deliver an outstanding experience

• Fluent / C2 Portuguese you express yourself naturally and confidently
