• Spot policy violations using our internal tools and guidelines

• Respond to inquiries via email and ticketing systems

• Work with dashboards, reporting tools, and data

• Collaborate closely with your teambut also take the lead on independent tasks

• Fluent German and strong English skills

• A natural interest in social media, trends, and global pop culture

• Fast, objective decision-making and top-notch attention to detail

• Solid time-management and prioritization skills

• Comfortable with MS Office (especially Excel) and Google Drive

• Experience with Salesforce or live chat tools is a plus
