What You´ll Do:

Be the friendly, knowledgeable voice our customers rely on across phone, email, chat, and other channels

Provide timely, accurate information and guidance on products, orders, and equipment

Troubleshoot equipment issues by gathering customer info and leveraging manuals, databases, and internal tools

Ensure every interaction is handled with professionalism, empathy, and a customer-first mindset

Log and track cases, ensuring accurate documentation and smooth customer journeys

Follow internal procedures to deliver consistent, high-quality service
What Makes You a Great Fit:

Fluent in Portuguese and English (spoken & written)

1+ year experience in e-commerce, customer support, or a similar role
-
Strong communication, active listening, and relationship-building skills
-
Analytical mindset with excellent problem-solving abilities

Comfortable working with computers, ticketing tools, and digital platforms

A team player who can also work independently with great initiative

Willingness to work shift hours Monday- Friday + compensated bank holidays
