Customer Service Representative (Dutch-speaking)

We' re looking for a motivated, customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join a dynamic team. In this role, you´ll be the first point of contact for customers, ensuring every interaction is smooth, professional, and memorable.

What you´ll be doing

• Support customers across multiple channels: email, chat, contact forms, and phone
• Manage back-office tasks and make outbound calls when needed
• Proactively reach out to customers to promote products, gather feedback, and ensure success
• Keep customer records accurate and up to date in the CRM system
• Work toward clear goals and deadlines while following company policies
• Provide daily updates to management and escalate inquiries to the right teams when needed

What we´re looking for

• Fluent-level Dutch (written and spoken)
• Strong English communication skills
• 1+ year of business experience (experience in customer service is a plus)
• A results-driven mindset with attention to quality and detail
• Customer-first attitude: professional, empathetic, and commercially aware
• Strong organizational and administrative skills
• Comfortable using tools such as Google Docs, Google Sheets, Salesforce, and general online platforms
• Eagerness to learn, grow, and continuously improve
