Job Title: Junior Doctor - Mental Health

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Junior Doctor with a keen interest in mental health to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for a junior doctor looking to gain valuable experience in psychiatry and make a positive impact in the field of mental health.

Job Overview:

• Conduct initial assessments of patients presenting with mental health concerns.
• Assist in the development and implementation of treatment plans under the supervision of senior medical staff.
• Monitor patients' progress and report any changes or concerns to the multidisciplinary team.
• Provide support and psychoeducation to patients and their families.
• Participate in ward rounds, case conferences, and other clinical meetings.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records.
• Adhere to relevant clinical guidelines and policies.
• Participate in continuous professional development activities to enhance clinical knowledge and skills.
• Requirements :
  • Medical degree from a recognised institution.
  • Full registration with the General Medical Council (GMC) in the UK.
  • Demonstrated interest in mental health and psychiatry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team.
  • Commitment to providing high-quality, patient-centred care.
