What You'll Do:

  • Drive the full project lifecycle: from pre-sales consultations and product demos to implementation, training, and post-sales support.
  • Lead client engagements and serve as a trusted advisor for technology solutions.

  • Develop comprehensive technical proposals, training plans, and user documentation.

  • Conduct user requirement studies, testing, and system go-lives.

  • Collaborate with internal teams and partners to ensure project success and client satisfaction.

  • Mentor junior consultants, supporting their development and project readiness.

  • Provide health checks and client feedback reviews to track solution adoption and performance.

What You Bring:

  • 3+ years in project delivery, application support, or consulting roles.

  • Strong project management, troubleshooting, and customer engagement skills.

  • Capable of leading product demonstrations across multiple product lines.

  • Proven leadership and team-building experience.

  • Superior written and verbal communication skills.

  • Highly organized with excellent time management and the ability to meet deadlines.

Additional Responsibilities

  • Provide regular project updates and close-out reports.

  • Assist in customer satisfaction surveys and continuous improvement feedback.

  • Support internal IT resource planning through recommendations.

  • Take on ad hoc tasks across departments as assigned by management.

  • Deliver mentorship and structured training to junior consultants.

  • Guide technical upskilling and capability development within the team.
