  • Drive Agile execution (Scrum/Kanban): standups, planning, reviews/demos, retrospectives; track progress via clear metrics/OKRs.
  • Partner with data engineering, BI/analytics, application, and security/risk teams to deliver scalable solutions.
  • Coordinate integrations with upstream/downstream systems; manage environments, releases, and change control.

  • Ensure compliance with banking controls and data governance (quality, lineage, access, privacy).
  • Manage vendors/partners as needed; facilitate issue escalation and resolution.

Required Qualifications

  • 7+ years in technology program/project management, including 3+ years as a Technical Program Manager.
  • Proven delivery in banking/financial services or similarly regulated industries.
  • Hands-on Agile/Scrum leadership across multiple workstreams; strong backlog, dependency, and risk management.
  • Familiarity with data & analytics concepts (data pipelines/ETL, data warehousing, BI/reporting, data quality/governance).
  • Proficiency with delivery tools (e.g., Jira/Confluence or Azure DevOps); strong Excel/PowerPoint for reporting.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and executive reporting; able to influence without authority.

  • Exposure to cloud data platforms (Azure/AWS/GCP), SQL/T-SQL, and BI tools (Power BI/Tableau).

  • Certifications: CSM/PSM, SAFe, PMP, or PMI-ACP.

  • Programs delivered on time/scope/budget with clear value realization.
  • Reduced risk and fewer production issues via proactive dependency/risk management.
  • Transparent, actionable reporting adopted by stakeholders.
