Key Responsibilities:

Project Management Excellence:

  • Prioritize organizational needs for efficient resource utilization.
  • Showcase your expertise in project management, including planning, corrective actions, and reporting.
  • Manage non-recurring and recurring activities, ensuring accountability and defined scope.

Production Engineering Mastery:

  • Apply sound engineering principles to optimize product production.
  • Identify and implement continuous improvements for efficiency, cost reduction, and quality enhancement.
  • Collaborate seamlessly with design engineering and stakeholders for concurrent engineering success.
  • Utilize Advanced Quality Planning (AQP), PFMEA, Control Plans, and PPAP for product introduction.

Process Optimization and Innovation:

  • Evaluate and streamline manufacturing methods and systems using Lean Tools and Value Stream Mapping.
  • Lead the introduction of new processes, practices, and timely project delivery.
  • Assist in the development of jigs, fixtures, and gauges.

System Operation and Reporting:

  • Utilize ERP systems to enter and verify bills of materials and routings.
  • Engage in the development of the ERP system to enhance production engineering processes.
  • Produce and update reports as required.

Health & Safety, Quality Assurance, Continuous Improvement:

  • Demonstrate commitment to health and safety, quality assurance, and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Report unsafe practices, process failures, and contribute to corrective actions.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.
  • Proven experience in production engineering and project management.
  • Familiarity with Lean Tools, ERP systems, and continuous improvement methodologies.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
