We are seeking a driven and technically oriented Technical Sales Account Manager to expand our presence within the industrial market while supporting strategic sales initiatives across the aerospace, defense, and space sectors.

This role combines account management, technical sales, and business development, focusing on building long-term customer relationships and delivering customized shock and vibration isolation solutions. The ideal candidate understands complex technical requirements, thrives in solution-based selling, and can effectively collaborate with engineering and internal teams to develop innovative, customer-specific products.

Location: In-office preferred; open to Remote/Hybrid candidates.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and grow key customer accounts within the industrial market segment

Identify and develop new business opportunities across industrial, aerospace, defense, and space markets

Partner with engineering and internal teams to deliver customized shock, vibration, and mechanical isolation solutions

Translate customer technical requirements into viable engineered solutions

Lead technical discussions with OEMs, engineers, and technical buying teams

Prepare proposals, negotiate contracts, and drive deals to close

Maintain strong client relationships and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction

Track market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape to support strategic growth

Qualifications

Bachelors degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience)

3+ years of sales experience in industrial, manufacturing, or engineered product environments

Demonstrated ability to sell technical or customized engineered solutions

Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills

Self-motivated with the ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities

Ability to understand and clearly communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders

Preferred Qualifications

Experience selling into aerospace, defense, or space markets

Familiarity with shock, noise, vibration, or mechanical isolation systems

Experience working with OEMs and technical procurement teams

Knowledge of government or defense contracting environments
