2nd shift M-Th 3pm-1am


Responsibilities:

  • Design minor electrical circuits and to test and troubleshoot electrical, PLC and electronic circuits used for the control of machines and equipment.
  • Troubleshoot hydraulic and pneumatic circuits.
  • Install electrical and electronic controls on machines and equipment by reading and interpreting schematics or blueprints.
  • Must have knowledge of electrical power and water distribution systems.
  • Must perform basic mechanical repairs.
  • Must be able to perform the work of the lower-class identifications.
  • May direct the work of others in the lower classifications.
  • Must dismantle electrical machinery and replace defective electrical or mechanical parts such as brushes and armatures.
  • Must install and monitor performance of installed electrical equipment for hazards, adjustments, or replacement.
  • Interpret blueprints, work from sketches or verbal instructions.
  • Do lay outs, assembles, installs, tests, repairs, and adjust electrical fixtures, apparatus, equipment, wiring, and new services to include panels, breakers, and conduit.
  • Must mount motors, transformers, and lighting fixtures into position and complete circuits according to diagram specifications.
  • Do repairs, installs, replaces and test electrical circuits, and equipment using appropriate tools and testing instruments.
  • Perform a variety of work as directed by the Group Leader.


Qualifications:

  • Two-year Associate degree and 5+ years work experience required.
  • Ability to utilize a computer to search for parts and enter work into a CMMS.

Package Details

Compensation

  • Hourly Rate: $41.41 to $44.20, commensurate with experience and qualifications
  • Sign-On Bonus: $10,000 upon successful hiring
  • Shift Differential: $3.25 an hour
