We are seeking a PMP-certified Implementation Project Manager to lead mid-to-large scale operational migrations and enterprise implementations within a fast-paced logistics environment. This role is focused on business-side project leadership, not IT delivery.

The Implementation Project Manager will oversee multi-site solution migrations, manage cross-functional teams, and ensure seamless deployment of operational processes, products, and services while maintaining strong client engagement and execution excellence.

This is a highly visible role supporting large-scale implementation initiatives, requiring strong organizational leadership, stakeholder communication, and the ability to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously.

Key Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end implementation and migration projects across single and multi-site operations

Develop implementation plans including deployment strategy, timelines, and execution phases

Manage cross-functional teams including operations, program leadership, and client stakeholders

Analyze customer solutions and support successful operational migrations and rollouts

Facilitate project status meetings, track milestones, and follow up on action items

Provide weekly reporting, project updates, and executive-level communication

Support user acceptance activities, training coordination, and implementation readiness

Conduct post-implementation reviews, audits, and lessons learned analysis

Utilize project management tools to track performance, risks, and project success metrics

Collaborate closely with Program Managers and business leadership to drive successful outcomes

Required Qualifications

PMP (Project Management Professional) certification – Required

Proven experience leading business-side implementations, migrations, or operational rollouts

Experience managing multiple projects and workstreams simultaneously

Strong stakeholder management and client-facing communication skills

Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams in a complex environment

Proficiency in project management methodologies, reporting, and status tracking

Willingness to travel to support multi-site implementations (primarily domestic)

Preferred Background

Experience in logistics, supply chain, transportation, or large enterprise operations

Experience with large-scale operational migrations or enterprise deployments

Background in process improvement, operational excellence, or transformation initiatives

Experience supporting customer implementations in a service-driven organization

Work Environment & Travel

Travel to various implementation sites will be required

Travel may extend beyond domestic locations based on project needs
