Job Title: SEO Specialist

Work Setup: Remote
Schedule: Monday to Friday | 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM PH Time

Job Summary:
We are seeking a results-driven SEO Specialist with expertise in Search Engine Optimization (SEO). You will be responsible for optimizing our online presence, tracking performance metrics, and driving organic growth through data-driven strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement effective SEO strategies.

• Conduct keyword research and competitive analysis.

• Optimize website content, meta tags, and technical SEO elements.

• Monitor search rankings and adjust strategies to improve visibility.

• Track SEO performance against KPIs using tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and other SEO platforms.

• Prepare regular performance reports with actionable insights and recommendations for growth.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in SEO management.

• Proficiency in Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and keyword research tools (e.g., SEMrush, Ahrefs, etc.).

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Proactive and solutions-focused; spots problems early and provides solutions.

• Continuously develops skills and applies feedback.

• Curious, analytical, and a critical thinker.

• Takes ownership of tasks and projects and holds oneself accountable.
