Position: Intermediate Estimator (Civil & Hydraulic Projects)
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM 4:00 PM (Philippine Time)

Location: ABDC Bldg. Scout Rallos Street Quezon City

Work Setup: Onsite

Job Description:

We are looking for a Plumbing Estimator with a background in civil and hydraulic engineering and a minimum of 2 years experience in commercial plumbing estimation. The ideal candidate will have experience in estimating, bid preparation, and RFI management. Experience working with Australian clients and knowledge of local standards is a plus.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare accurate and competitive estimates for commercial plumbing projects

  • Review project plans, specifications, and drawings related to civil and hydraulic systems

  • Assist in the bid preparation process, including quantity take-offs, supplier pricing, and subcontractor quotations

  • Respond to RFIs and support project teams during pre-construction phases

  • Collaborate with project managers and engineers to ensure thorough scope coverage

  • Use estimation and drafting software including EstimateOne, Groundplan, Bluebeam, and AutoCAD

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years experience in commercial plumbing estimation

  • Basic knowledge of civil and hydraulic engineering principles

  • Experience with estimating, bid preparation, and RFI processes

  • Ideally, experience working with Australian clients or familiarity with Australian standards

  • Proficiency in tools such as EstimateOne, Groundplan, Bluebeam, AutoCAD

  • Strong analytical and communication skills

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Degree or diploma in Civil, Mechanical, or Hydraulic Engineering or related field

  • Familiarity with Australian plumbing codes and construction standards

  • Experience in commercial construction projects
