Location: Quezon City

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 6:00 AM to 3:00 PM PH Time

Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Senior Estimator with strong expertise in both residential and commercial construction projects in Australia. The successful candidate will have advanced estimating capability, solid project management experience, and strong proficiency in industry systems and digital tools, including AutoCAD and construction management platforms.

This role plays a critical part in delivering accurate cost planning, tender submissions, procurement coordination, and project commercial support across multiple projects.

Key Responsibilities

Estimating & Tendering

• Prepare preliminary budgets and detailed quantity take-offs from architectural drawings and project documentation
• Review and issue supplier and subcontractor quotes, ensuring full scope coverage and accuracy
• Develop clear tender inclusions, exclusions, assumptions, and comprehensive tender summaries
• Maintain accurate estimating cost databases and track scope changes for approval workflows

Procurement & Commercial Controls

• Prepare and issue purchase orders using Wunderbuild or approved internal systems
• Conduct detailed like-for-like quote comparisons and provide procurement recommendations
• Monitor long-lead items and maintain schedules of rates for procurement planning
• Verify and support invoice processing against approved quotes, purchase orders, and completed works

Project Coordination & Document Control

• Maintain structured document control systems, registers, and audit trails
• Prepare project reports, meeting minutes, and action logs, ensuring timely follow-up and closure
• Assist in progress claims preparation and project handover documentation as required
• Support project teams in ensuring commercial accuracy and compliance across deliverables

Qualifications & Experience

• 3–5 years' experience in Australian construction estimating
• Demonstrated experience using Wunderbuild
• Demonstrated experience using BuildPass
• Proficiency in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Drive, Gmail)
• Strong AutoCAD experience for reviewing and interpreting drawings
• Solid understanding of residential and commercial construction methods in Australia
• Strong project management and coordination capabilities
