AI Workflow Automation Specialist

We are seeking a skilled and certified AI Automation Specialist to join our growing team on a contract/freelance basis. In this role, you will work directly with businesses across a variety of industries to identify automation opportunities, design intelligent AI-powered solutions, and implement workflows that meaningfully improve operational efficiency.

The ideal candidate brings hands-on experience with enterprise AI platforms particularly Anthropic Claude or equivalent tools and has a proven track record of translating complex business requirements into practical, scalable AI solutions. You will serve as a trusted advisor to clients, guiding them through every stage of their AI adoption journey.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct discovery sessions with business stakeholders to identify workflow inefficiencies and automation opportunities
• Design and implement end-to-end AI automation solutions using Claude, GPT-based tools, or comparable platforms
• Develop custom prompts, prompt chains, and system-level AI configurations tailored to client needs
• Integrate AI tools with existing business software, APIs, and internal platforms
• Document processes, create implementation guides, and train client teams on new AI-powered workflows
• Monitor and evaluate deployed solutions, iterating based on performance metrics and feedback
• Stay current with emerging AI capabilities, certifications, and best practices
• Collaborate with project managers and other specialists to deliver solutions on time and within scope

Qualifications:

• 3–5 years of hands-on experience implementing AI or automation solutions in a business context
• Active certification in Anthropic Claude, OpenAI, Microsoft Azure AI, or a comparable AI platform
• Demonstrated ability to analyse and redesign business workflows using AI-driven tools
• Strong understanding of prompt engineering, LLM capabilities and limitations, and responsible AI use
• Experience integrating AI platforms with third-party tools via APIs, Zapier, Make, or similar
• Excellent communication skills — able to translate technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders
• Self-directed, reliable, and comfortable working independently in a remote freelance environment

Nice to Have:

• Familiarity with Python, JavaScript, or low-code platforms for custom automation builds
• Experience with RAG pipelines, vector databases, or AI agent frameworks
• Prior consulting or client-facing experience across multiple industries
• Portfolio of past AI implementation projects (case studies or demos welcome)
