Position: WHS Administrator / OSH Coordinator
Schedule: Monday to Friday | 6:00 AM – 3:00 PM PH Time
About the Role
Reporting to the National Safety Manager, the WHS Administrator / OSH Coordinator provides essential administrative support to ensure Workplace Health and Safety (WHS) systems, documentation, and records are maintained in compliance with legislative and company requirements.
This is an office-based role with regular interaction with the National WHS Manager, site teams, and subcontractors.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in maintaining subcontractor compliance
- Manage subcontractor onboarding processes
- Maintain WHS filing systems, including high-risk works documentation
- Set up jobs in Buildpass and ensure SWMS and associated documents are completed
- Assist in maintaining training records and coordinating training schedules
- Issue reminders for expiring licenses and competencies
- Assist with WHS audit scheduling
- Track corrective actions and ensure incident close-outs
- Maintain PPE, training, and first aid register
Qualifications:

3–5 years of experience in Occupational Safety and Health (OSH)

Experience in the construction industry is preferred

Strong administrative and organizational skills

Proficient in Microsoft Office and general computer applications

Good verbal and written communication skills
Preferred (Not Essential)
- Familiarity with basic construction terminology
- Basic understanding of WHS legislation
