About the job HR & Admin Executive

Responsibilities
  • Provide a full spectrum of HR functions including Talent Acquisition, Compensation and Benefits, Employee relations, Performance management and etc.
  • In charge of monthly payroll.
  • Manage the on-boarding and off-boarding process.
  • Assist in the preparation and review of the Employee Handbook.
  • Support Headquarter in the alignment of HR policies and procedures and report to Singapore HQ for any HR-related issues.
  • Maintain employee P-files and ensure accurate information is updated.
  • Assist in budget preparation and monitor implementation.
  • Manage the office and other administrative matters.
  • Handle other HR and administrative duties.
  • Any ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Requirements
  • Minimum Diploma from reputed universities.
  • At least 3 years of HR working experience in Malaysia.
  • Familiar with employment laws and regulations of Malaysia.
  • Policy-making knowledge in areas such as talent selection, compensation, employee relation, performance management, etc.
  • Able to think creatively and work independently.
  • Result-oriented, diligent, and good communication skills.
  • Advances in knowledge of MS Excel and PowerPoint are essential.
  • Excellent command of English (written and spoken).
  • Available immediately / within short notice is highly preferred.
