About the job UI/UX


Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with product owners and designers to create ideas and provide intuitive and high-quality user experience
  • Responsible for UI/UX design for iOS and Android mobile application products, involved in the whole process from ideation to execution

  • Participate and contribute in sprints in the Agile/Scrum framework

  • Understand our users, identify design problems and implement sleek and elegant solutions
  • Plan and conduct user research and usability tests to gather feedback to enhance the design
  • Translate concepts into intuitive user flows, user journeys, wireframes, and mockups, optimized for a multiple devices and interfaces
  • Take user-centered design and design thinking approaches to rapidly test and iterate designs and solutions efficiently and effectively
  • Create and rapidly iterate on ideas by developing them via storyboards, user flows, mock-ups, and/or prototypes
  • Drive user research activities such as usability testing, A/B testing, stakeholder; interviews, surveys, and translate research findings into actionable recommendations

  • Establish and promote design guidelines, best practices and standards

  • Guide developers in their implementation of your designs

  • Meet tight deadlines as required


Requirements
  • Bachelor degree in Design / Human-Computer Interaction, or related fields

  • More than 3 years of Mobile App UX design experience

  • Experience in Crypto and Fintech industry is a plus;

  • Proficient in UI/UX design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Invasion, Adobe

    XD, and Photoshop
  • Familiar with industry-standard design specifications and principles of Mobile applications

  • Understand scrum and agile methodologies

  • Attention to details and have a creative, and innovative thinking, good problem solving skills

  • Open to constructive feedback to continuously improve user experience of products

  • Understanding of user-centered design and design thinking

  • Experience in Internet of Things/ Hardware & Software / Artificial Intelligence is a plus
  • Software Development experience (e.g., HTML/CSS/JavaScript) is a big plus

  • Fluency in English and Mandarin to communicate is a plus

  • Communicate well with both users and engineers; Comfortable taking feedback from laymen to inform your designs and then explaining those designs in sufficient detail to engineers for implementation
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team
  • Excellent graphics, layout and UI abilities as well as a keen sense for design
  • Familiarity with HTML/CSS/JS and other web development technologies is a plus
