Responsibilities
  • Support business development team with the listing process.
  • Responsible for submitting listing information to wallet department and the customer service department.
  • Monitor and optimize project listing process e.g., token testing, change of currency confirmation, verifying time taken to change.
  • Provide after listing services to clients.
  • Follow up with delisting processes.

Requirements
  • Min 1 years of work experience in a client-facing environment in Fintech/Insurance sectors
  • Bachelors degree and above, majored in Communications/Finance/Business/Economics
  • A fast learner of strong communication skills and relationship management skills
  • Multi-linguistic, proficiency in English is must, preferably with one to two additional languages such as Mandarin, Hindi, Bahasa
  • Experience in crypto currency trading is a plus
  • Work well in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to work on holidays and weekends, including rotational shifts as directed by their team
  • Outstanding time management, multitask and organising skills.
  • The flexibility and willingness to adapt quickly to situations and scenarios.
