About the job Senior Human Resources


Responsibilities

  • Support the development and implementation of HR strategies, initiatives and policy advisory aligned with overall business needs to deliver effective HR management
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment and selection processes throughout SEA regions such as but not limited to 

i. Crafting and posting of job adverts

ii. Conducting interviews and assessing candidates on culture and skills-fit 

iii. Oversee the administration relating to the job offer

  •  Familiar with work pass applications and maintain compliance with local law and regulations
  • Verification of payroll of staff, CPF submission

  • Work closely with various team leads to assess manpower requirements and provide assistance in the development of strategic manpower plans
  • Facilitate a smooth onboarding process for incoming staff

  • Build supportive relationships with our staff through various engagement activities
  • Gather and interpret data to understand the needs of staff
  • Work closely with team leads on process improvement projects

  • Office admin works

  • Supervision and development of staff


Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  • At least 3 years of HR experience in recruitment, community development and project/partnership management
  • Experience in crypto or secondary market trading is a plus

  • Passion for fundamental analysis and secondary markets investing
  • Basic knowledge on FinTech and Crypto industry is a plus

  • Able to think strategically, but also execute with dedication and teamwork
  • Excellent people skills to navigate challenging situations and facilitate alignment of different priorities
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills to interact with people of all levels
  • Resourceful, adaptable, well-organized, and meticulous with an eye for detail
  • Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment to meet tight deadlines
