Role Overview
The Program Scheduler is the primary controller of the Hydranthos Project Master Schedule. Operating full-time and remotely over a 24-month contract, the role covers development, maintenance, and forensic analysis of a Level 2 Master Schedule in Microsoft Project — integrating all contractor-level schedules into a centralised Split-Logic model to track physical progress, cash flow, and critical path interfaces. Beyond scheduling, this role supports broader project controls, including document management systems and reporting frameworks for lenders and internal stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and manage the Owner's Level 2 Master Schedule using a centralised interface model.
- Receive, review, and integrate contractor baseline schedules (Level 3+) into the Master Schedule.
Oversee and support the coordination of:
- Contractor schedule integration using standardised mapping and logic structures.
- Cost-loaded schedules to support automated cash flow forecasting and S-Curve reporting.
- Predictive analysis using AI-driven tools to simulate scenarios and identify critical path risks.
- Project control systems, including document control, transmittal logs, and RFI/Submittal tracking.
- Monthly schedule health checks, including float analysis, critical path tracking, and finish variance.
- Reporting frameworks, including SPI/CPI metrics and lender-facing deliverables.
- Participation in weekly coordination meetings aligned with Greek business hours.
- Rolling baseline updates as contractors are onboarded, ensuring auditability of float and schedule logic.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of project scheduling experience on large-scale commercial or industrial construction projects.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Project Professional (2016, 2019, 2021, or Online Desktop Client).
- Demonstrated experience using AI-driven tools for scheduling, forecasting, or project controls.
- Strong understanding of construction sequencing, including MEP and civil works.
- Ability to validate and communicate schedule and forecasting data to senior stakeholders and lenders.
- Experience managing document control systems and project management information systems (PMIS).
- Ability to maintain consistent availability overlapping with Greek business hours.
Preferred / Desired Qualifications
- Professional certifications such as PSP, PMI-SP, or PMP.
- Experience on complex commercial construction projects, including greenhouse or agriculture-related projects.
- Experience supporting lender reporting or international financing requirements.
- Familiarity with AI-powered scheduling tools and predictive analytics workflows.
- Experience with systems such as Dropbox for Business, Appenate, or automated form-flow tools.
- Strong English communication skills; Greek language skills are a plus.
