Recruitment Terms and Conditions

By submitting an application, resume, curriculum vitae, or any other candidate information to Global Build Collaborative Inc. ("GBC", "we", "us", or "our"), you acknowledge and agree to the following Recruitment Terms and Conditions.

1. No Offer or Guarantee of Employment

Submission of an application or candidate materials to GBC does not constitute an offer of employment, a promise of employment, or a guarantee of interview, selection, placement, or hiring.

GBC reserves the sole and absolute right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any recruitment process, position, or hiring campaign at any time, with or without notice.

2. No Employment Relationship / At-Will Employment Disclaimer

GBC acts solely as a recruiting and candidate evaluation intermediary. GBC is not the employer of applicants unless explicitly stated in a separate written employment agreement.

Any employment relationship that may arise between an applicant and a hiring client of GBC, unless governed by a written agreement stating otherwise, is expected to be at-will. This means that either the hiring employer or the employee may terminate the employment relationship at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice, subject to applicable law.

Nothing in the recruitment process, communications, or materials provided by GBC shall be construed as creating an employment relationship between GBC and any applicant.

3. Accuracy of Information

By submitting an application, you represent and warrant that all information provided to GBC is true, accurate, and complete to the best of your knowledge.

GBC reserves the right to disqualify any applicant or withdraw consideration at any stage of the recruitment process if information is found to be false, misleading, or incomplete.

4. Background Checks and Verification

Where applicable, applicants may be required to undergo background checks, reference checks, credential verification, security screening, or other verification processes as required by hiring clients, contractual obligations, or applicable law.

Failure to successfully complete required checks may result in disqualification from further consideration or termination of any resulting engagement with a hiring client.

6. Use of Submitted Materials

Submission of materials does not create any confidentiality obligation beyond those required by applicable data protection, privacy, or employment laws.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, GBC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising out of or related to the recruitment process, including but not limited to lost employment opportunities, lost income, or emotional distress.

8. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Recruitment Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

Any legal action or proceeding arising out of or relating to these terms or the recruitment process shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located within the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.

9. Acceptance of Terms

By submitting an application or candidate information to GBC, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Recruitment Terms and Conditions.
