Associate Director Medical Affairs Digital Marketing duties:
- Synthesize variety of data points & research to provide recommendations that will achieve Medical Affairs goals
- Management of SOW and agency partnership with increased level of due diligence. Participate in annual planning process; including development of media objectives, channel strategy, channel mix and measurement plan, while challenging the status quo and constantly driving for innovation. Ensure compliance with all marketing guidelines, best practices, privacy policies, and other policies and procedures.
- Determine to create valued HCP customer experiences through improved digital omnichannel orchestration, working closely with colleagues across Medical Affairs and BUs. Comfortable with discussion/presentation to leadership 2-3 levels up, including CMO's and other C-suite.
- Create and maintain strategic partnerships and develop deep expertise with 3rd party platforms or sources of authority (SOAs) that may be connected to omnichannel orchestration engine and to provide solutions for clinical care gaps & evidence sharing.
- Draw from in-depth knowledge of SOAs and best practices within digital platforms to recommended channels that will achieve Medical Affairs team goals. In collaboration with the media agency, develop, manage, and evaluate success of channel and tactical
