Senior Manager, Construction Sourcing needs 5+ years of experience in construction sourcing or procurement.

Construction Sourcing requires:

• Minimum Management Experience - 5 years
• Minimum Functional Experience - 3 years).
• Proven experience with new builds and remodels in a commercial setting.
• Strong negotiation, contract management, and communication skills.
• Deep understanding of construction timelines, materials, and procurement best practices.
• Professional certifications such as CPSM or PMP (preferred).
• Experience sourcing specialized equipment for general contractors in commercial construction (preferred).

Senior Manager, Construction Sourcing duties:

• Responsible for the execution of category strategies while maintaining compliance to company policy and standards and mitigating all risk.
• Engages the different stakeholders within the country to collaboratively develop categories through implementation of vendor contracts.
• Plays an active role in developing the category strategies.
• Leads the negotiation and management of national contracts for specific product lines.
