Marketing Director requires:

10+ years of progressive brand marketing leadership experience within beauty, professional beauty, prestige beauty, or consumer packaged goods.

Proven track record of driving commercial growth and managing high-performing brands in the U.S. market.

Strong expertise in brand strategy, portfolio management, and integrated marketing execution.

Experience leading complex go-to-market programs across multiple customer channels.

Strong commercial acumen, including business planning, budget management, and performance analysis.

Demonstrated ability to lead and influence cross-functional teams in a matrix organization.

Collaborative, decisive, and results-oriented leadership style with excellent communication and stakeholder management skill

DUTIES:

Lead day-to-day management of the Schwarzkopf Professional Color, Care, and Styling portfolio. Drive execution of annual brand priorities and growth initiatives while ensuring consistent brand positioning across all professional touchpoints.

Business Performance Management

Monitor and manage brand performance against key KPIs, including NES growth, GP1, market share, distribution, awareness, and conversion. Identify opportunities and risks and recommend actions to accelerate business performance.

Go-to-Market Leadership

Lead development and execution of integrated go-to-market plans, including pricing strategy, campaign activation and launch readiness. Ensure alignment across Sales, Trade Marketing, and Education teams.

Provide senior brand leadership and business continuity during a temporary coverage period.

Ensure successful execution of brand strategies, go-to-market and commercial activations, and portfolio priorities across Color, Care, and Styling while delivering against key business objectives and maintaining strong cross-functional alignment.
