Associate Store Maintenance Mgr requires:

• Strong technical knowledge of mechanical systems and controls, and general facilities repairs/maintenance
• Detailed, organized, and strong communication skills
• Comfortable to work in a flexible environment
  • Detail oriented with the ability to multi-task large volumes of work
  • Working knowledge of Work Order Management systems and reports, Service Channel prior experience is a plus

Associate Store Maintenance Mgr duties:

• Responsible for strategically managing Preventive Maintenance and Repairs for all assigned brand locations in a consistent, cost-effective manner in accordance with the company.
• Provides the primary source of support for the Stores, Field Leadership, and Brand Partners for all related maintenance needs
