Project Mgr duties:
- Support multiple teams simultaneously by managing workflows, priorities, and administrative needs
- Assist with planning and execution for brand teams & company events, meeting logistics, trainings, and initiatives
- Coordinate and track projects, schedules, and deliverables across multiple teams to ensure deadlines are met
- Assist with budget tracking, expense monitoring, and budget reconciliation; flag discrepancies and support financial reporting
- Draft, edit, and distribute broad-based communications, announcements, and updates on internal platforms to employees and leaders, ensuring clarity and consistency
- Manage invoice processing and vendor coordination
