Remote Sr/Manager Retail Merchandising requires:
- 5-10 years of experience in Retail Merchandising, Visual Merchandising, Space Planning, Operations, or a similar function.
- Experience in a large retail environment preferred (multi-store, multi-format, or specialty retail).
- Bachelor's degree in Retail, Merchandising, Design, Business, Marketing, or equivalent experience preferred.
- Highly proficient in PowerPoint and Excel.
- Proficient in Photoshop, InDesign, Outlook, OneDrive (shared-folder organization) and Teams.
- Familiarity with space planning, merchandising guidelines, planograms, merchandising principles, or fixture mapping tools.
- Highly Organized.
- Strong project management skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize.
- Comfortable supporting ad hoc and urgent requests with a high level of responsiveness.
- Strong sense of ownership and ability to manage processes independently.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to think strategically and creatively.
- Strong team skills and proven experience leading cross-functional initiatives and driving execution at scale.
Duties:
- Own development and evolution of store setup guidelines, product initiatives, and brand flow strategies across all store formats.

- Manage guideline tracking, uploads, and distribution to field teams.
- Conduct store visits and execution audits to ensure alignment with merchandising standards.
- Collect and validate store photos, providing feedback and follow-up with field teams.
- Act as a point of contact for field questions related to merchandising, mapping, and guidelines.
- Create training materials (guides, videos, presentations) to support field teams.
- Help streamline and simplify communications for clarity and ease of execution.
- Support on-boarding and ongoing training for store teams and new hires.
