o Manage full accounting and tax cycles for high-net-worth clients across multiple industries

o Represent clients in IRS and state audits, providing expert support and resolution strategies

o Mentor and oversee junior tax staff and contribute to their professional growth

o Implement and maintain tax policies, procedures, and internal controls

o Stay up to date with tax laws and industry developments
