About the job Sr. Sales Staffing Executive

Sr. Sales Staffing Executive needs 7+ years selling Professional staffing (IT, F&A, Engineering, etc...) services to Mid-Market and Enterprise Level Customers.

Sr. Sales Executive requires:

  • 3-5 years selling Managed Services such as RPO, MSP, VMS would be a plus.
  • Well-connected with the Talent Ecosystem community (TA, Procurement, MSP, CW Program leaders).
  • Strong established relationships with key decision makers in Tech, Finance, Engineering etc..
  • Entrepreneurial mindset.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Minimum Bachelors degree.
  • Must have ability to travel and attend industry conferences 2-3 times per year.
  • Tech-savvy, proficiency using tools such as Zoom, Dynamics CRM, MS Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Proven success in acquiring new clients in the Professional Staffing or Managed Services space.



Sr. Sales Executive duties:

  • Prospect large enterprise companies (Fortune 1000) as well as mid-market companies.
  • Manage sales process from initial outreach to new client on-boarding.
  • Manage complex sales cycle and influence/persuade various levels of decision-making.
  • Achieve assigned sales targets.

Develop and maintain an excellent relationship
