Sr. Sales Staffing Executive
About the job Sr. Sales Staffing Executive
Sr. Sales Staffing Executive needs 7+ years selling Professional staffing (IT, F&A, Engineering, etc...) services to Mid-Market and Enterprise Level Customers.
Sr. Sales Executive requires:
- 3-5 years selling Managed Services such as RPO, MSP, VMS would be a plus.
- Well-connected with the Talent Ecosystem community (TA, Procurement, MSP, CW Program leaders).
- Strong established relationships with key decision makers in Tech, Finance, Engineering etc..
- Entrepreneurial mindset.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Minimum Bachelors degree.
- Must have ability to travel and attend industry conferences 2-3 times per year.
- Tech-savvy, proficiency using tools such as Zoom, Dynamics CRM, MS Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Proven success in acquiring new clients in the Professional Staffing or Managed Services space.
Sr. Sales Executive duties:
- Prospect large enterprise companies (Fortune 1000) as well as mid-market companies.
- Manage sales process from initial outreach to new client on-boarding.
- Manage complex sales cycle and influence/persuade various levels of decision-making.
- Achieve assigned sales targets.
