ServiceNow ITOM Engineer ( FedRAMP) needs 8-10 years experience

ServiceNow ITOM Engineer ( FedRAMP ) requires:

• Experience of ITOM suite (CSDMCMDB Discovery Service Mapping Event Management) within ServiceNow
• Knowledge on FedRAMP security, authorization, and continuous monitoring
• ServiceNow Certified Systems Administrator (Mandatory)
• Onsite at any of these locations- San Francisco, CA/Cincinnati, OH/ Dallas, TX
• Oracle Developer 6i – Forms
• Strong knowledge on Mid server placement for FedRAMP instance as well as handling NERC assets in line with regulatory compliance.
• Cloud Fundamentals| Windows Unix admin skills
• Intermediate knowledge and ability of understanding Infrastructure environment setup (Server Network Storage etc.)
• Good understanding in Monitoring tool Knowledge and experience with base platform reports
• Good experience in Scripting RegEX (JavaScript| Unix Shell scripting and Windows scripting and PowerShell)
• Experience in integration using REST API SOAP any other technology
• Knowledge of unit testing| system integration testing| performance testing| user acceptance testing| or any client-specific testing
• Worked with and understands the value in creating repeatable processes to design development| test| staging and production environments that are reliable with high availability
• Must be ServiceNow Certified Systems Administrator
• Should possess knowledge in Agile Scrum methodology
• Basic knowledge with ITIL industry standards Knowledge of software development lifecycle (SDLC)
